to be exact, firstly, you are not giving the respect we should have. I think we had plan it according to the talents . It's your loss to think it in a way and to be sure of, for the three of us had never encourage that kind of assumption to you before. So please dont ever say that we toy-ed with you, for here I says, we did not.
I believed I once had a FORMAL discussion on the roles you guys wished to have.However, if you ever recalled what you replied when we asked.. you didnt grab that chance did you? so in another way, you couldnt really blame us that we did not. there was a chance for you to tell us what you wanted to achieve but you did not. So why cant I gave it to someone who's clear on her goals?
